Fantastic store, easy to get to, and great staff. I went in for new running shoes and after having my feet scanned and explaining my prior injuries I was able to be fitted for the perfect shoe for me.

I wanted to wait a minute before I posted this review, pending on how I felt about the shoe. Its been a week, and I can say that I love the New Balances I purchased. Originally I came for Brooks Beast and was going to wait to find them, instead I bought a pair of 860s. I've never been a New Balance Guy but these are awesome. I also want to shout out the employee who helped me. He was the only guy in the store and was able to not only help me, but three other people effectively. He made sure I had sneakers that I would be happy with, and was extremely patient while I waffled back and forth and asked to if he could order the shoes I wanted. If i remembered your name I would totally shout you out.

Franklin was a huge help. I have tears in both Achilles and was struggling to find a proper pair of sneakers. He sat with me through around a dozen shoes and made sure I had the perfect pair.

💯% recommend! Was passing through NY on my way to Italy for 3 weeks and realized me new pair of sneaks were a woman’s instead of men’s! Mike ( If I recall correctly) took care of me and got me in my trusty well known Saucony Endorphin Speed sneaks I’m familiar with like an old friend. The whole experience was as easy and pleasant as you can expect. Prices same with Amazon . Come here and buy with confidence

This shoe store is awesome. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to get the perfect fit. The very sweet young man who was there measured, had us step on a platform that gives an analysis of your foot, weight distribution and your arch. Then he gave us recommendations accordingly. Great experience with super helpful service. They measured my feet, did the arc test and walking test to get the perfect shoe/sole support.

Super informative, great customer service, and great prices. I walked out of there with a brand new pair of new balance that are the most comfortable running/walking shoes I’ve had. Very happy I went here instead of somewhere else. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Franklin! Franklin was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure my shoes were properly fitted. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process easy and comfortable.
